Northern Heritage presents three more of Clandestine Blaze repress vinyl LP’s. All previously repressed albums are running low in stock. “Night Of The Unholy Flames” and “Fist Of The Northern Destroyer” are already sold out.
Now it is turn for albums 6,7 and 8. Each CB album has followers who consider them to be absolute best in bands discography. When Falling Monuments came out in 2010, it sold 1000 vinyl over the weekend and c. 600 copies more in matter of weeks. Since then album has been out of stock. It was never tested how many copies could have been sold if it was available for almost decade. Despite fairly large pressing amount, it has not been available for cheap prices.
While more suffocating and processed sound, Harmony Of Struggle has been hailed by many as landmark in CB discography. New Golgotha Rising took entirely opposite turn, rejecting echoes and sound processing and offering utterly stripped down and ripping sound. Also both of these albums sold their entire pressing very quickly and was not repressed before this. Moderately remastered for vinyl, yet making them sound better than former editions. Artwork remains the same as before, with couple technical changes.
CLANDESTINE BLAZE “Falling Monuments” LP
2019 repress! 2010 album of Clandestine Blaze underlines the core of black metal as it has been interpreted by it. Utmost focus on the core elements of riffs, melody, song structures and lyrics. Leaving out everything unnecessary. In stripped down simplicity of sound, music and artwork it continues logical journey since Church Of Atrocity, with more distorted, lethal and fierce sound.
